1.5 pints Elderflowers
2 Gallons of boiled water (16 pints)
1LB Chopped Raisons
4.4LB Super
2 tsps of Yeast and nutrient
Juice from 4 Lemons to provide the Pectin.
- Sterilise a big bucket, add the Elderflowers, juice of the lemons and the chopped raisins and the sugar. Pour over 2 Gallons of boiling water and leave to cool (with lid on)
- When cooled sprinkle over the yeast and leave.
